National Eating Disorders Awareness Week 2/22-28

Myths about eating disorders are common and, when it comes to your health, misinformation can have serious consequences. This year's NEDAwareness Week campaign, "I Had No Idea..." aims to promote public and media attention to the seriousness of eating disorders and improve education about the biological underpinnings, environmental triggers, warning signs and how to help those struggling. Education and direction to resources can lead to earlier detection, intervention, and help-seeking behavior - ultimately improving the likelihood of full recovery.

NEDAwareness Week is the largest public outreach campaign about eating disorders in the United States. We hope you'll join in - everyone can do just one thing to make a difference.
